Worked back and legs today. Went a bit lighter today on both squats and deadlift to work on form. Also got a vid on leg press(phone died mid leg press vid)

Worked back and legs today. Went a bit lighter today on both squats and deadlift to work on form. Also got a vid on leg press(phone died mid leg press vid)

Didn’t have anyone to film but here’s a recap from Tuesday’s workout. I hit a 195lb bench press max to start the workout. I then proceeded to cap out the workout with multiple arm exercises such as bicep curls dumbbell overhead press and tricep cable pull downs. Also associated some core into the workout #grindneverstops
