Meal prep at its finest!! You have to love @harmonsgrocery for doing heathy options for meals. It taste great and is already made. I hate to say it but it beats any meal prep place!!  Tomorrow I will do my meal prep. Chicken, rice and 🤔🤔🤔 I need a veggie. Thoughts???? Maybe I will do a Mexican stir fry. Right when I think I have my eating down, @starbucks has to release their pumpkin spice latte. So much goodness in 470 calories. 64 grams of sugar in a venti!! I am going to have prep for this one!! If you think of it in burpee formula, that’s 470 burpees of calories!!  Anyone up for the challenge??? #FabuloslyFITish

NO ONE!! 🤣🤣 As bad of a rap burpees have, they are a great workout and you can burn endless calories and work those core muscles. It’s important to make food taste good! Staying clean and healthy is lifestyle that can easily get boring. Make it taste good and don’t be afraid of flavor. Today I made seasoned garlic and herb chicken, roasted broccoli and sweet potato pie. Cut the sugars though and go will a sugar free option when you cook. You can save SO MANY calories that way! #FabulouslyFITish

So today is my day 1 of @bigjohnsprogym Body Comp Challenge!! I am cooking my food today inspired by @mealprep_for_success  and of course a huge shout out to my coach @bodybybigjohn and @ebgerst!! Two of the most amazing people I have met!! They have never let me give up even though I have to start over!!! Shingles sucked!! Gaining weight sucked!! None of this was fun but getting back to the grind and eating right is my sliver lining on grey clouds!! Today’s food is Quinoa, ground turkey and mixed veggies. So I tried them again, round 2! They are chocolate donuts frosted with cookies and cream @questnutrition protein frosting topped with red @oreo velvet cookies!! 136 calories, 11g C with 2g Fiber/ 6.6g F / 11.3 P. Now I need to up the protein, however they came out delish!!!! #FabulosulyFITish
