 Ingredients:
 1 clove garlic, minced (1 Condiment)
 1 tsp olive oil (1 Healthy Fat)
 1/2 packet splenda - optional (1/2 Condiment)
 1/2 teaspoon salt (2 Condiments)
 1/2 tsp dried basil (1/2 Condiment)
 1 1/2 tsp grated reduced fat grated parmesan cheese, divided (1/2 Condiment)
 Dash of pepper
 3 cups zucchini, unpeeled, sliced 1/2-inch thick (6 greens)
 1 1/2 cups tomatoes, peeled and diced or it can be canned with less than 5 g of carbs per 1/2 cup (3 Greens) 
Directions:
 Cook garlic in oil until until garlic is brown. Add sugar, salt, pepper, basil, and zucchini. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and cook for about 1 minute or until heated thoroughly. Divide into 1 1/2 cup servings. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese. 
Provides:
3 servings with all your greens (1 1/2 cups), 1.16 condiments and 1/3 healthy fat per serving.

Simple. This is easily the food I eat most, I pretty much have it at least once every day. I was never a friend of cooking. Don't like to do it, suck at it. Sot his food is like a blessing. It seriously is SO good! And it takes me 2 min to prepare. It's easy, yummy, healthy and satisfying. What else do you want in a dish?

Enchilada Bake  Makes 3 servings
 Per serving
 1 Lean protein
 1 1/3 vegetable servings
 3 condiments

Ingredients:
 10 sprays non-stick pan spray
 1/2 cup green spring onion, finely chopped
 6 ounces shredded cooked chicken breast
 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
 2 teaspoons chili powder
 ¼ cup Old El Paso™ enchilada sauce (from 19-oz can)
 One cup canned low sodium diced tomatoes
 1/2 cup shredded low fat sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
 1 cup shredded low fat pepper Jack cheese (4 oz)
 3/4 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
 4 ½ ounces Sliced avocado
 ½ cup Fresh cilantro 
Directions:
 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) or 13×9-inch (3-quart) ceramic or broiler-proof baking dish with 5 sprays cooking spray.
 2. Heat 10- or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add 5 sprays pan spray and onion; cook 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
 3. Reduce heat to low. Add chicken, green chiles, chili powder, tomatoes and ¼ cup of the enchilada sauce; stir to combine. Remove from heat.
 4. Stir in Cheddar cheese. Transfer chicken mixture to baking dish. Top evenly with pepper Jack cheese.
 5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
 6. Turn oven control to broil. Place baking dish about 5 inches from broiler; broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Remove from broiler. Top with avocado and cilantro.
 7. Serve immediately.

 1 Leanest protein... 3 condiments
 2 fats

Ingredients:  1 ¼ pound ahi tuna
 ¼ tsp ground ginger
 ¼ tsp oregano
 ¼ tsp pepper
 1 tsp blackened spice mix
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
 ¼ tsp fennel seeds
 1/2 tsp paprika
 2 Tbs butter
 1/8 tsp cloves 
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container. Mix thoroughly before each use. In a heavy saute’ pan over medium heat, heat butter or oil. Place both ahi steaks in the saute’ pan, flipping to cover both side with fat. 
Generously coat exposed side with the seasoning and immediately turn tuna over to coat the other side. Increase heat to medium-high and cook on one side approximately 2 minutes, until seasoning blackens. Turn steaks over and repeat, adding more butter of oil if needed.  Remove ahi steaks from pan and serve with a side of vegetables.

Another Tuesday means another transformation.

After last week I got a lot of people asking me how I did it, what was the trick, can I make them a diet plan to follow, like really there is no trick, good nutrion and knowledge is what you need. I'll help people as much as I can but if you don't work it out for your self I'm not sure it will ever work? It didn't for me when I used to follow diet plans.

You need to stop making excuses and work god damn hard if you want results, no one can do it for you. You follow a diet plan it will never stay off forever, eventually you'll want to eat different foods, you need to put the time and effort in and get wise! The shit I know now there's no way I could go back to being over weight. That being said I can give advice on foods I eat, what's good in protein so on.

But if you want results stop asking others to do it for you cause you'll be waiting a lifetime.. Follow @teamrhfitness join his group and he will learn you everything you need to know, wouldn't advise no we're else, no bullshit, straight up real talk! Along with plenty of laughs along the way. And this ain't no advertisement but I got asked a lot how I done it, answer is this guy!

How many meals do you eat daily? 
Recent studies have shown that the important thing is not it's not the timing or frequency of meals but the total amount of food consumed daily that matters for results. Put another way, if we had 3 males all on 3000 calorie day splits. One who ate 6 meals a day, one who ate 3 meals a day and one who had 1 meal a day, as long as they were consuming said calories in correct macronutrient splits the results would not drastically differ between the 3. 
Whereas, if the same 3 males were studied and only the male eating 6 meals a day consumed his appropriate 3000 calories and the other 2 only consumed 2200-2500 calories the results would be more favourable of the male who consumed the correct goal amounts.

Overnight Steel Cut Oats
1/4 cup @quaker steel cut oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds 
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp sunflower seeds or slivered almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 mashed banana

Add everything except banana to a Tupperware container and mix together evenly. Place in fridge and allow to soak for at least 10 hours (the longer it soaks, the softer the oats get). Add in mashed banana and serve. The oats will be slightly runny, but I actually really liked it this way. Reminded me of having museli as a cereal. Worked perfectly with the fruit I topped it with too, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and nibs.

Turmeric Latte Chia Puddings (The easy way)
I was not a big fan of chia pudding UNTIL I came up with this ones 🧡 I Top with granola, fruit & coconut yoghut to make it more ️power️ Chia seeds are PACKED with iron (among a lot of other nutrients, did u know “chia” is the ancient Mayan word for “strenght”? pretty awesome for such little seeds ) so for better absorbtion of the iron I recommend u pair this puddings with some Vitamin C source, I love having them with an orange, 🥝 Kiwi as part of my breakfast or as a snack!
I just blended everything, poured into glass containers & put in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours
▪️1 cup almond milk
▪️1/4 cup white chia ▪️1/4 cup black chia
▪️1/2 tsp turmeric
▪️1/8 tsp black pepper
▪️2 1 cm cube ginger peeled
▪️1/4 tsp vanilla
▪️1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, if u like it )
▪️3 packets stevia OR dates (will give a thicker texture, and slightly different taste, I personally like them better with stevia)
️I like blending it because I like the texture better like that ️ They last 4 days in the fridge (perfect for meal prep) .

Turmeric = Curcuma, y soy FAN porque tiene muchos beneficios. De lo que no era muy fan, es de los postrecitos de chia HASTA q prepare estos 🧡 Les pongo granola, frutas y yoghurt de coco para hacerlos mas️power️ Las semillas de Chia estan LLENAS de hierro (entre muchos otros nutrientes, sabias que “chia” quiere decir “fuerza” en el idioma de los Mayas) Para absorber mejor el hierro les recomiendo que los coman con alguna fuente de vitamina C, a mi me copa comerlos con una naranja o un kiwi 🥝 como parte de mi desayuno, o como un snack!! Solo licue todo esto, los puse en frasquitos de vidrio y los lleve a la heladera x al menos 4-5 horas

Great as a side dish or main course, this quinoa salad has been a crowd-pleaser for my family and friends, so I’m excited to share it! Quinoa is a superfood full of many essential vitamins and minerals, plus it’s high in fiber. It is a complete protein, meaning it’s great for vegetarians or for those of us trying to eat less meat! 1 cup of cooked quinoa has approximately 7 grams of protein. I cook my quinoa in bone broth (stock) so it actually ups the protein content significantly to 15+ grams per serving! I highly recommend cooking it in the bone broth, not only for the protein increase but because it tastes waaaaayy better. Link is in my bio if you are interested in ordering some bone broth

What you’ll need:
-1 cup uncooked organic quinoa.
-2 cups bone broth or 1 and 3/4 cups water.
-1 organic cucumber, chopped into small pieces.
-2 cups organic cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
-1/4 cup thinly chopped red onion.
-1/3 cup sliced Kalamata olives.
-1/8 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers.
-2 T capers.
-Optional- crumbled feta cheese (Not pictured- I’m not doing dairy right now but it would add some flavor!).

Dressing:
I used 2 T of @primalkitchenfoods Greek Dressing-I can’t get enough of that stuff and it’s so clean! You can also mix together 2 T Avocado or Olive oil, 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar and a pinch of oregano and thyme for a nice dressing! .

Cook the quinoa according to instructions-make sure to rinse throughly with a mesh strainer before cooking. Allow the quinoa to cool, then place in a big bowl and mix in all the veggies and the dressing. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Lasts 2-3 days in the fridge, so it’s a great meal prep item. I also like to top it with fresh cut avocado and pickled red cabbage. #holisticinhouston .

Oatmeal with dried blueberries is one of my favorite breakfasts. It is delicious, easy, filling, and the toppings could be endless. This, Greek yogurt, and smoothies are my go to breakfasts. It’s not easy to always make something extravagant for breakfast, so having something quick and delicious at your fingertips is super helpful. That way you do end up stopping somewhere for a doughnut or pastry because you didn’t have time to make something. Overnight oats is even easier! You simply put 1/2 cup of oats with your choice of milk or water, add some chia seeds, nuts, and fruit and let it sit overnight. It’s all ready for you to grab and go on your way to work!
