@sidsuicide @princessnatkins it’s a hard disease to understand. I don’t even know how to explain most of it myself. Basically my connective tissues are like silly putty instead of the normal elastic/rubber band-like ones everyone else has. This causes fatigue and pain to set in faster for me. There are some good short videos on YouTube about it. There aren’t any really good organizations or websites with info. It’s easier to understand from someone who has it explaining its effects on them. It’s different for each of us. Mine was mild when I was first diagnosed at 25, despite having it all my life and having chronic pain, then it ran rampant out of nowhere within the last 2 years or so. It got a lot worse after my sexual assault last year.

My favorite is lemon because it has the least sweetener and tastes more like lemon water. I drink it with water or iced tea for an Arnold Palmer.
