@fitcardcan @joannenwharton I made it :) It's very simple and delicious. You can make ceviche with almost any seafood. The seafood starts out raw and the citrus is actually what cooks it. The marinade is heavy lime, garlic, cilantro, and any spicy peppers. To make it more authentic, use peppers that are common in South American food. If you can't find them, jalapenos or chiles will do.
